New classes added to schedule!
We’d like to announce that Marcio Cruz BJJ will be offering no-gi/mma classes twice a week. Please look at the schedule section for details.
Updates/News
We would really like to thank our two brown belts Rodrigo Grenno and Rafael Lima for teaching the day and night classes while professor Cruz has been in Brazil taking care of personal matters. They both have done a tremendous job this past week.
We would also like to remind everyone about the new changes made to the schedule. Please check it out.
Thanks.
Marcio Cruz retains title!
On April 3 at Art of Fighting 7, Marcio “Pe de Pano” Cruz made his first successful title defense against heavy handed striker Dave “Pay Me” Yost. Cruz was able to trip Yost and use his superior ground game to finish the fight in the first round. Cruz is now undefeated in his last 5 fights and hasn’t lost since a controversial 2006 loss to Andrei Arlovski
